Ian Fernando, an Internet Marketer, had a recent redesign of his blog and is running a contest to create some buzz. The prize that is offered up to entice us is “Revolution” blog theme that had so recently made the headlines of the blog world. the total prize package comes up to nearly $160 bucks.
The site design itself is interesting as it seemed to be a somewhat a 4 column design layout and there are adequate ad space that gives the advertisers good exposure. Tons of information presented right on the home page itself which is a good thing.
But there seems to be a little quirk. Viewed from my windows machine running firefox, The “tabbed” panel showing recent comments aka discussion seemed to be not able to “contain” longer single word (e.g. URLs) and the words runneth over. This might need some tweaking. (in my case, I saw the contestbeat comment’s URL running way out of the page)
