Woo Hoo! Another chance to win a blog makeover. Just last week, I decided to enter myself for a blog makeover contest last week just to discover that the blog makeover was for the HomeStead blooger platform only.
This time round, I’m sure the prize is for the general WordPress platform since it the makeover will be done by Weborithm. This contest that is announced on The Cows website and what you must do is let them know why your blog deserve a makeover.
I have been using the copy blogger theme for a while now. Yes, it is a great theme and looks lovely in it’s every right. But I really want to make this blog one of the big boys of contest blogging. How else can I achieve this unless this blog gets a makeover to reflect the uniqueness of this blog?
We should start with a custom header that would make the blog stand out (as this makeover does not come with a custom mascot, it would be great if I won this mascot contest too) having some cosmetic changes that will customize the copy blogger theme by having some rounded corners and such. And some footer stuff since the footer is rather plain now.
When all this are done, I’ll truly have a great looking contest blogging site can really draw in the crowds. This will help the blogosphere in 2 ways.
